Basic support services and intensive support services for individuals who require support with daily living, health, safety, and community integrations.

The 245D Basic & Intensive is a program implemented by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) to provide community-based care for individuals for individuals who require support with daily living, health, safety, and community integration.

Daud Quality Care (DQC) provides intensive services to individuals with severe developmental disabilities, such as autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. Services may include residential support, employment assistance, and behavioral therapy. Our 245D Basic & Intensive program helps individuals live independently and participate fully in their communities. This program is often used as an alternative to institutional care.
